产教融合推进高职院校创新创业教育协同育人机制探赜

Exploration of the Cooperative Education Mechanism of Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

产教融合是落实创新创业教育的重要途径,能够通过学校与企业资源的共享、利益的双赢提高创新创业教育质量,实现协同育人目标。文章简述产教融合与创新创业教育的内涵,分析产教融合推进高职院校创新创业教育协同育人存在的问题,并探讨产教融合推进高职院校创新创业教育协同育人的途径。高职院校要明确人才培养目标,重视创新创业教育;遵循基本运作原则,提高协同育人质量;平衡各参与方利益,消除产教融合隐患;强化学生实习管理,丰富协同育人功能;探索协同育人方法,传承弘扬工匠精神;创设协同育人环境,营造创新创业氛围。

The integration of industry and education is an important way to implement innovation and entrepreneurship education.It can improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education and achieve the goal of collaborative education through the sharing of school and enterprise resources and win-win interests.This paper briefly describes the connotation of industry education integration and innovation and entrepreneurship education,analyzes the existing problems of industry education integration in promoting the collaborative education of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the ways of industry education integration in promoting the collaborative education of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should clarify the goal of talent cultivate and pay attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education;follow the basic operation principles and improve the quality of collaborative education;balance the interests of all participants and eliminate the hidden dangers of industry education integration;strengthen student practice management and enrich the function of collaborative education;explore collaborative education methods,inherit and carry forward the craftsman spirit;create a collaborative education environment and create an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship.
