Career planning course is a very important course,which has important guiding significance for students'future career development.This paper briefly describes the learning status of some higher vocational college students and their understanding of career planning courses,points out the significance of career planning,and focuses on how to do a good job of career planning for higher vocational college students.As new vocational college students,they should establish the awareness of career planning,correctly evaluate themselves,be good at analyzing the surrounding environment,establish correct goals and formulate effective measures,be good at adjusting the planning according to the actual situation,and pay attention to lifelong learning.
