摘要
教学反思是指教师对教育教学实践的再认识、再思考,并以此来总结经验教训,进一步提高教育教学水平。高效课堂是指教育教学效率或效果能够有相当高的目标达成的课堂。教学反思不能只停留在“反”而不“思”和“反”而不“究”的表面敷衍上,而应成为提高教师专业能力、成就高效课堂的有效动力。文章着眼于教学反思对高效课堂的重要意义,对提高教师教学反思能力、成就高效课堂的有效方法和重要措施进行探索研究。
Teaching reflection refers to teachers're-recognition and rethinking of education and teaching practice,so as to summarize experience and lessons and further improve education and teaching level.Efficient classroom refers to the classroom where the efficiency or effect of education and teaching can achieve quite high goals.Teaching reflection can not only stay on the superficial perfunctory of"anti"without"thinking"and"anti"without"investigation",but should become an effective driving force to improve teachers'professional ability and achieve efficient classroom.Focusing on the significance of teaching reflection to efficient classroom,this paper explores and studies the effective methods and important measures to improve teachers'teaching reflection ability and achieve efficient classroom.
