摘要
为避免导体部分失超造成交流损耗增加并产生温升,对电缆造成不可恢复的损伤,高温超导电缆设计中的一个关键目标是实现导体层电流均匀分布。本文探讨了高温超导电缆设计流程,并对其进行了软件实现。基于此软件,给出了一套单相10 kV/2.5 kA冷绝缘高温超导电缆的设计方案,在COMSOL仿真软件中建立了超导电缆2D热分析有限元模型,并进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该软件具有良好的性能与精确度。
In order to avoid the AC loss increase and temperature rise caused by partial quench of conductor, causing irrecoverable damage to the cable, a key goal in the design of high temperature superconducting cable is to achieve uniform current distribution in the conductor layer. In this paper, the design flow of HTS cable was discussed, and a software was programmed. Based on the software, a set of a single-phase 10 kV/2.5 kA cold insulated HTS cable design scheme was given. A 2 D thermal analysis finite element model of superconducting cable was established in COMSOL simulation software. The simulation results show that the software has good performance and accuracy.
