压缩机转速对新型冷藏系统性能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of compressor speed on the performance of new refrigeration system

摘要 针对普通冷藏系统在低温工况下存在排气温度过高、制冷性能减弱和单级压缩系统压比过大等问题,开发出一套准双级压缩的微通道换热器型冷藏系统。研究了该新型冷藏系统在不同补气方式下,压缩机的转速对系统性能的影响。试验结果表明:在库内外环境温度为0℃、32℃时,主阀过热度设为6 K、补阀过热度设为25 K、压缩机转速4 000 r/min、采用低压补气是性能最为优越的匹配。与不补气系统相比,低压补气系统在压缩机转速从3000r/min增加到5 000r/min时,压缩机功率增大1.327 kW;制冷量增大36.20%;COP降低18.10%;压比增加26.79%。 To deal with the problems of high exhaust temperature, weak refrigeration performance and excessive pressure ratio of single-stage compression system in the cold storage unit, a suit of micro-channel heat exchanger refrigeration system with quasi-two-stage compression was developed. The influence of compressor speed on the performance of the new refrigeration system under different ways of gas replenishment was studied. The experimental results show that when the ambient temperatures inside and outside of the warehouse are 0 ℃ and 32 ℃, respectively, the superheat of the main valve is set to 6 K, the superheat of the supplementary valve is set to 25 K, the compressor speed is 4000 r/min, and the low-pressure air supply is the most superior match. Compared with the non-air replenishment system, the compressor power increases by 1.327 kW when the compressor speed increases from 3000 r/min to 5000 r/min in the low-pressure air replenishment system. Cooling capacity increases by 36.20%;COP decreases by 18.10%;The pressure ratio increases by 26.79%.
