无油直线压缩机性能测试平台研制

Development of experimental platform for performance test of oil-free linear compressor

摘要 本文研制了无油直线压缩机性能测试平台,包含电源与控制、数据获取和数据分析三个模块。电源与控制模块,通过PID控制器将经低频信号采集器调整后的工作频率信号发送至功率放大器和针阀,以控制功率输入和活塞偏移;通过LabVIEW将数据获取模块编写为可视化的界面,以呈现和保存数据获取模块中的数据;数据分析模块对各种信号进行分析,基于傅里叶变换和最小化策略以便重建信号来评价该压缩机的性能。各模块协调工作,经验证,该平台能准确测试出不同制冷剂系统的制冷循环,冷却能力与制冷性能系数,且搭载了无油直线压缩机的制冷系统性能,与已公开文献对比均有所提高,证实了无油直线压缩机的可研究性,达到了预期效果。 An experimental platform for performance test of oil-free linear compressor was developed, which included three modules: power supply and control, data acquisition and data analysis. The power supply and control module sends the working frequency signal adjusted by the low-frequency signal collector to the power amplifier and the needle valve through the PID controller to control the power input and piston offset;the data acquisition module is written as a visual interface through LabVIEW to display and save the data;the data analysis module analyzes various signals and evaluates the performance of the compressor based on the Fourier transform and minimization strategy in order to reconstruct the signal. The various modules work in coordination. It is verified that the platform can accurately test the refrigeration cycle, cooling capacity and coefficient of performance of different refrigerant systems, the performance of the refrigeration system equipped with an oil-free linear compressor is improved compared with the published literature. The research ability of oil-free linear compressor is confirmed and the expected effect has been achieved.
