基于大直径SHPB的岩石动态响应特征试验 被引量:4

摘要 为研究巷道围岩在高应变率作用下的破坏特征,利用大直径分离式霍普金森杆(SHPB)加载系统,对岩样进行冲击压缩试验,探究岩石试样在大直径SHPB冲击作用下的动态响应特征和规律,研究结果表明:波形整形器采用橡胶垫片可以有效改善波形形状,减少波形弥散;岩石试样的动力增强系数与应变率提高系数呈正相关关系,具有显著的应变率敏感性特点;随着应变率的增加,破碎块度平均尺寸和能量利用率均降低;大直径SHPB冲击作用下,岩石试样的能量利用率较低,最高仅为10.10%。 In order to study the failure characteristics of surrounding rock of deep roadway under high strain-rate loading,impact compression tests of rock samples was carried out using a large diameter split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)loading system.The dynamic response characteristics and laws of rock specimens under the impact of large diameter SHPB were studied.The experimental results indicate that,as a wave shaper,the rubber sheet can effectively improve waveform shape and reduce wave dispersion.The strain rate sensitivity of the rock specimens is very obvious,because its dynamic enhancement coefficient has a positive correlation with the strain rate increase coefficient.Both the average size of fragmentation and energy utilization ratio decrease with the increase of the fragmentation rate.Under the impact of the large-diameter SHPB,the energy utilization ratio of rock specimens is relatively low,and the highest is only 10.10%.
