Theoretical Point of Departure of Chinese Political Economics——A Way to Sinicize Marxist Political Economics

构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系面临的首要问题是合理确定理论阐释的起点。要解决这个问题,必须坚持马克思主义政治经济学中国化方向,从借鉴马克思确立《资本论》的理论起点,到分析当代马克思主义经济学家探索社会主义政治经济学的理论起点,最后以马克思主义政治经济学最新理论成果,即习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想为引领。一方面,马克思的政治经济学是以资本主义的“经济细胞”作为理论阐释起点的,它蕴含着社会生产的各种规定,由此引发了马克思主义经济学者对社会主义“经济细胞”的探讨;另一方面,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想则确立了“人—物—人”的“人民逻辑”理论主线。借鉴马克思主义经济细胞学说,遵循习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的“人民立场”,可以发现,“为人民的劳动”是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论起点。

An essential question in constructing socialistic political economics with Chinese characteristics is how to establish a rational point of departure for its theoretical interpretation.The answer lies in an adherence to the direction of sinicization of Marxist political economics by following the guidance of the theory of political economics as expounded by Karl Marx in Das Kapital,by many other Marxist political economists that followed him,and by Xi Jinping who developed the economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.On the one hand,Marx starts by theorizing about the“economic cells”of capitalism,which comprise his elaboration on various modes of social production that lead to discussions of socialist“economic cells”by Marxist political economists.On the other hand,Xi Jinping’s economic thought about socialism with Chinese characteristics follows a people-centered logic.Thus by drawing on Marx’s theory of“economic cells”and following the people centered logic of Xi Jinping’s economic thought,we may find that“labor for the people”should serve as the theoretical point of departure for constructing the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics.
