摘要 反思写作是反思性实践的重要方式,有助于培养学习者的反思能力。目前,反思写作存在即时写作指导和形成性反馈不足等问题。为此,文章设计了智能反思写作反馈系统,以利用人工智能与学习分析技术为学习者提供在线反思写作的实时指导,并针对学习者的反思写作文本进行智能分析,实现反思语句自动分类、定量分析分类结果;同时,结合授课教师协作设计的反馈内容,为学习者提供个性化、可执行的形成性反馈。为验证此系统的可行性,文章以“信息技术教学设计与实践训练”课程为例,进行了该系统的教学应用。通过针对该系统应用效果的问卷调查和师生访谈,文章发现该系统提供的即时指导与反馈能够为学习者反思写作提供参考,并有效支持了学习者进行反思. Reflective writing is an important manner of reflective practice,which helps to cultivate learners’reflective ability.At present,reflective writing has the problem of insufficient immediate writing guidance and formative feedback.Therefore,an intelligent reflective writing feedback system was designed in this paper,which used artificial intelligence and learning analysis technologies to provide learners with real-time guidance of online reflective writing,carried out intelligent analysis on learners’reflective writing texts to realize automatic classification of reflective statements and quantification analysis of classification results.Meanwhile,individual and executable formative feedback could be provided to learners combined with the feedback contents collaboratively designed by instructors.In order to verify the feasibility of this system,the paper took the course of"Information Technology Teaching Design and Practice Training"as an example to carry out the teaching application of this system.Through questionnaire survey and teacher-student interviews on the application effect of this system,it was found in this paper that the immediate guidance and feedback provided by the system could provide reference for learners’reflective writing and effectively support learners’reflective thinking.
