摘要
文章介绍了国内GEP核算的开展情况,龙华区重点片区GEP核算的思路,提出GEP核算的应用设想。在扩大GEP核算的基础上,力争在城市开发的同时,对生态价值高的区域进行有效保护,使开发建设的区域生态价值有增量,无法避免的减损有补偿。
This article introduces the development of domestic GEP accounting,the idea of GEP accounting in key areas of Longhua District,and proposes the application of GEP accounting.On the basis of expanding GEP accounting,we will strive to effectively protect areas with high ecological value while developing cities.The ecological value of the development and construction of the region will increase,and unavoidable losses will be compensated.
