摘要
我国建筑行业已经步入黄金发展阶段,相应主管单位和工作人员尝试通过改革建筑业基本的建设管理体制来提升建筑施工的质量和效率。在改革的大趋势下,项目经理负责制以及成本核算制成为了企业施工生产经营管理的主流方式。文章介绍了水利水电工程项目管理在我国的发展及实践,重点介绍了PPP模式的工程实例,并提出了有关我国水利水电项目管理的几点建议。
China's construction industry has gradually entered the golden stage of development.Therefore,the corresponding competent units and staff try to improve the quality and efficiency of daily construction through the reform of the capital construction management system of the construction industry.In the general trend of reform,project manager responsibility system and cost accounting system have become the mainstream mode of enterprise construction,production and operation management.This paper introduces the development and practice of water conservancy and hydropower project management in China,focuses on an engineering example of PPP mode,and puts forward some suggestions on improving water conservancy and hydropower project management in China.
