在港口的日常装卸工作过程中,需要各种大型机械设备做许多重复性的工作。将自动化控制技术应用在各装卸生产流程中,能大大降低装卸成本、节约人力资源、提高工作效率及降低操作人员安全风险。对港口机械设备自动控制技术进行有效分析成为实现装卸目标的有效途径之一。文章分析了港口机械设备自动控制技术的具体需求及应用程度,在此基础上对现阶段存在的一些问题进行了针对性探索,提出了解决问题的措施。

In the daily loading and unloading process of ports,various large-scale machinery and equipment are needed to do many repetitive tasks.Therefore,the application of automatic control technology in various loading and unloading production processes can greatly reduce loading and unloading costs,save human resources,improve work efficiency and reduce safety risks of operators.Effective analysis of the automatic control technology of port machinery and equipment has become one of the effective ways to achieve the goal of loading and unloading.This paper analyzes the specific requirements and application degree of automatic control technology of port machinery and equipment,and then explores some existing problems at present,and finally expounds the measures to solve the problems.
