数字经济引领航空物流业高质量发展的困境与路径

The Dilemma and Path of High-Quality Development of Aviation Logistics Industry Driving by Digital Economy

新冠疫情影响下我国航空物流业受到巨大负面影响,面临逆境求存的境遇。在数字经济引领下,航空物流业高质量发展的进程不会因疫情而停滞。目前我国航空物流业面临发展困境有:尚未达到全球价值链的核心节点,产业数字化转型受供需矛盾抑制,新型基础设施建设在产业内方兴未艾,政策法规专项扶持不足等。为此,可以通过加强我国航空物流业链与全球价值链的紧密关联,构建数字化供需平衡体系,扩大航空物流业新基建覆盖面,加速航空物流业数字化转型,构建全国性航空物流数字生态圈,着力数字政府建设和治理,建立专项数字经济政策法规等路径实现高质量发展。

Under the impact of COVID-19,China’s aviation logistics industry has suffered from huge negative impact and is facing adversity and survival.Under the guidance of digital economy,the process of high-quality development of aviation logistics will not be stopped by the epidemic.China’s aviation logistics industry faces the following dilemmas:the aviation logistics industry has not reached the core nodes of the global value chain;the contradiction between supply and demand has prominently inhibited the digital transformation;the new infrastructure construction is in the ascendant;lack of policies and regulations to provide special support to the aviation logistics industry.Therefore,people should accelerate the close connection between China’s and the global value chain,construct a digital supply-demand balance system,expand the coverage of new infrastructure,accelerate the digital transformation,build a national aviation logistics digital ecosystem,focus on the construction and governance of digital government,and establish special digital economic policies and regulations to achieve high-quality development.
