摘要
随着我国高速铁路路网规模不断扩大,运输需求逐步增加,如何高效合理的运用运输能力,充分满足持续增长的客流需求,己成为高速铁路运营管理方面难以解决的问题。为提高高速铁路的通过能力,本文在现有研究基础上,借鉴通过能力计算方法和优化方案,提出了高速铁路通过能力优化流程,确定运输组织模式方面的优化思路。并以哈大高速铁路为例,采用扣除系数法计算通过能力,根据计算结果研究运输组织模式的优化方案。结合方案铺画优化后的哈大高速铁路运行图,最终得到通过能力提高8对,并增开了16对短途旅客列车的优化结果,验证了优化流程的有效性,为铁路运营管理和旅客运输服务提供了可参考的依据。
The scale of China high-speed railway network continues to expand,and the transportation demand is gradually increasing.How to efficiently and rationally use transportation capacity to fully meet the growing passenger demand is becoming a difficult problem in high-speed railway operation and management.In order to improve the carrying capacity of the high-speed railway,this paper drew on the theoretical calculation and optimization schemes based on the existing research.Then it proposes the optimization process of the highspeed railway,and determines the optimization ideas according to the transportation organization.Taking the Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway as an example,the calculation is carried out by the removal coefficient method,and the optimization schemes are determined according to the calculation results.Combined with the schemes,the optimized timetable of Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway was drawn.Finally,the carrying capacity is increased by 8 pairs,and 16 pairs of short-distance passenger trains are added.The effectiveness of the optimization process is verified,which provides reference for railway operation management and passenger transport service.
