摘要
铁路小半径曲线是铁路线路的三大薄弱环节之一,列车车辆在线路小半径曲线上运行时,轮轨间的相互作用会进一步被恶化,加剧钢轨磨耗,同时增加了行车风险。鉴于此,本文基于BIM技术,同时引入系统故障与健康管理(PHM)理论,对铁路小半径曲线的钢轨磨耗进行管理,建立基于BIM的小半径曲线钢轨磨耗状态管理系统,其主要结论如下:(1)通过对既有磨耗历史数据的分析,结合可靠性理论,预测了不同小半径曲线钢轨磨耗的劣化趋势;(2)利用BIM技术的信息集成以及可视化等特点,将钢轨磨耗的状态与信息与Revit相结合,建立了基于钢轨磨耗可视化的运营管理平台;(3)本方法能对铁路工务现场的钢轨磨耗数据进行合理的分析和管理,对于减少铁路工务作业与保障铁路行车安全具有重要意义。
The small radius curve is one of the weak links of the railway line.When the rolling stock runs on the small radius curve,the interaction between wheel and rail will be further deteriorated,which will further aggravate the rail wear and increase the driving risk.Given such fact,based on BIM Technology and PHM theory,this paper establishes a BIM based rail wear management system for small radius curves.The main conclusions are listed as follows:(1)through the analysis of existing wear history data,combined with reliability theory,the deterioration trend of different small radius curve rail wear is predicted;(2)using BIM Based on the characteristics of technology visualization and information integration,combining the status and information of rail wear with Revit,a visual management platform of rail wear based on Revit is established.(3)this method can reasonably analyze and manage the rail wear data of the railway maintenance site,which is of great significance to reduce the railway maintenance operation and ensure the railway traffic safety.
