基于OBE理念的分子与细胞“金课”建设——医学院校整合课程线上线下混合式教学探索

Creation combinational “golden course” of “molecules and cells” under the idea of OBE——exploration on online and offline blended teaching of integrated courses in medical colleges

医学细胞生物学和生物化学与分子生物学是医学生必修的基础课程。为适应国家对卓越医生培养的要求,笔者基于产出导向教育(OBE)理念,以"临床岗位胜任力"为培养目标,围绕"金课"两性一度的要求,从转变课程教学理念入手,有机整合教学内容,综合运用信息化时代的教学技术和国家级一流线上课程资源并融合案例讨论等教学方法,建立了覆盖学习全过程的多元化考核评价体系等分子与细胞整合课程教学的创新改革。该理念打造了线上线下混合式"金课"教学模式,为深化医学院校基础医学改革和卓越医生培养积累了经验。

“Medical Cell Biology” and “Biochemistry & Molecular Biology” are compulsory basic courses for medical students. For adapting to the national requirements for the cultivation of excellent doctors, authors took “clinical post competency” as the training goal based on the concept of “outcomes-based education”.According to the requirements of “golden course”, the teaching innovation of “Molecule and Cell” integrated course was carried out from the following aspects: changing the teaching concept, organically integrating the teaching content, comprehensively using the Intelligent Tutoring System and the resources of “national firstclass online course”, integrating the case discussion and other teaching methods, and establishing a diversified assessment and evaluation system covering the whole learning process. The online and offline blended “golden course” teaching mode has been built, which has accumulated experience for deepening the reform of basic medicine and training excellent doctors in medical colleges.
