摘要
以十堰沧浪大道管廊项目为依托,针对40吨级节段预制双舱管廊的工厂化生产关键技术进行研究。详细论述了节段预制管廊钢筋笼整体制作与运输技术、巨型双舱立式模具设计与操作技术、混凝土循环逐层布料技术、构件高温蒸汽养护技术以及构件成品保护技术。经工程实践检验,该节段预制管廊工厂化生产关键技术可有效提高施工效率、降低建设成本,研究成果将有利于推动预制装配式综合管廊技术的发展。
Based on the Canglang Avenue Pipe Gallery Project of Shiyan,Hubei province,this paper studies the key technology of factory production of 40-ton segmental prefabricated double-cabin pipe gallery.This article discusses in detail the overall production and transportation technology of the segmental prefabricated pipe gallery reinforcement cage,the design and operation technology of the giant double-cabin vertical mold,the technology of concrete circulation layer-by-layer distribution,high-temperature steam maintenance technology of components and protection technology of finished components.Tested by engineering practice,the key technology of factory production of the segmental prefabricated pipe gallery presented in this article can effectively improve construction efficiency and reduce construction costs.And this research result will be beneficial to the promotion of the development of prefabricated integrated pipe gallery technology.
