摘要 轨道交通工程施工过程中难免会出现新建地铁车站侵入城市既有桥梁的情况,传统方法是采用受力桩+托换梁方式对既有桥梁桩基进行托换,其往往存在因托换梁跨度过大而出现工期长、托换施工工序复杂、工程量大等问题。针对大跨度托换梁施工的特点,采用桩+承台的方式对桥桩进行托换,创新提出悬臂式结构托换桩基施工技术,阐述了该项施工技术的研究与试验过程。 During the construction of rail transit project,it is inevitable that the newly-built subway station will invade the existing bridges of a city.Traditional method is to underpin the existing bridge pile foundations by means of stressed piles+underpinning beams,which often has such problems as long construction period,complex underpinning construction process and large engineering quantities,etc.,due to the large span of underpinning beam.In Accordance with the characteristics of long-span underpinning beam construction,an innovative construction technology of the cantilever structure underpinning pile foundation is proposed,the bridge pile is underpinned by means of pile+bearing platform,and the research and test process of this construction technology are described.
