摘要
卫生法学作为新的全球教学趋势,已成为当前世界各国跨学科合作的重要领域,在预防传染病、延长公民寿命和提升生活品质等方面均具有重要意义。相较于其他国家,英国的医疗卫生体系、教育和培训更加完善。通过分析英国几所大学中卫生法学学位设置,概括英国的卫生法学的三种模式,提出对于我国卫生法学教学模式的构想。
As a new trend of global teaching,health law has become an important field of interdisciplinary cooperation among countries around the world,which is of great significance in preventing infectious diseases,prolonging the life span of citizens,and improving the quality of life.Compared with other countries,the medical and health system,education,and training in the UK are more perfect.This paper summarized the three models of health law in the UK by analyzing the setting of health law degrees in several universities in the UK,and put forward the conception of the teaching model of health law in China.
