This paper introduced the investigation and evidence collection,illegal facts identification and other handling process of a medical institution rental department case.It focused on the analysis of the process of behavior identification and confiscation of illegal income of the rental department.The types of evidence collected in this case included documentary evidence,audio-visual materials,electronic data,witness testimony and interrogation records.All types of evidence corroborated each other,forming a complete evidence chain of illegal facts.After the implementation of the Law on Basic Medical and health Care and Health Promotion,the legal application of such cases was discussed,to provide reference for investigating and dealing with illegal cases of rental departments in medical institutions.
