养老机构老年人护理服务需求现状及其影响因素

Current situation and influencing factors of elderly care service demand in nursing institutions

目的调查唐山市养老机构老年人护理服务需求现状,并分析其影响因素,为提高养老机构护理照护水平提供理论依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)量表、养老机构老年人护理服务需求问卷,对唐山市6家养老机构458名老年人进行问卷调查。结果护理服务需求总均分为(3.56±0.27)分,其中尊重需求得分最高(4.06±0.52)分。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、婚姻状况、慢性病数量、在养老机构居住年限、睡眠质量及Barthel指数是养老机构老年人护理服务需求的主要影响因素。结论唐山市养老机构老年人对护理服务的需求处于中等水平,且受年龄、婚姻状态等因素的影响。机构应当转变护理模式,针对老年人的实际情况提供护理服务,满足老年人各方面的护理服务需求,提高护理照护水平。

Objective To investigate the current situation of elderly care service demand in Tangshan old-age care institutions and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving nursing care level in old-age care institutions.Methods A total of 458 elderly people in 6 pension service institutions in Tangshan city were investigated by means of the General Situation Questionnaire,Barthel Index and the Elderly Care Service Demand Questionnaire.Results The total nursing demand was(3.56±0.27)points,among which the highest score was respect for need(4.06±0.52)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marital status,number of chronic diseases,years of residence in the nursing home,quality of sleep and Barthel index were the main factors influencing the elderly care service demand in the nursing home.Conclusion The demand for nursing services of the elderly in Tangshan old-age care institutions is at a medium level,and it is affected by age,marital status and other factors.Institutions should change the nursing mode,provide nursing services according to the actual situation of the elderly.To meet the needs of the elderly in all aspects of nursing services,and improve the nursing care level.
