铸膜液中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯含量对聚偏氟乙烯膜的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Polymethyl Methacrylate Content in Casting Solution on the Formation of Poly(Vinylidene Fluoride)Membranes

摘要 为深入研究铸膜液中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)含量对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜的影响,文中配制不同PMMA含量的铸膜液,通过溶液相转化法制备PVDF平板膜,采用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜和接触角测定仪、孔径分析仪、纯水通量测定仪对膜形貌和膜性能进行分析。结果表明,随铸膜液中PMMA含量增加,膜的孔径减小,膜表面的粗糙程度降低,膜的抗污染性能增强,当PMMA含量为1 wt%时,膜通量达到最大值,膜性能最佳。 In order to further study the effect of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)content in casting solution on the properties of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)membrane,casting solution with different PMMA content was prepared in this paper.PVDF flat membranes were prepared using different PMMA dosage through phase inversion method.Surface morphology and properties of membranes were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy and contact angle meter machine,pore size analyzer and pure water flux meter machine.It was found that the pore size and surface roughness of membranes decreased with the increasing of PMMA concentration in casting solution,but the membrane pollution resistance increased with the increasing of PMMA content in casting solution.Besides,when PMMA content was 1 wt%,the properties of membrane performed best with maximum membrane flux.
