包被氯化胆碱对乳山羊繁殖性能、乳成分及瘤胃发酵性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of coated choline chloride on reproductive performance,milk composition and rumen fermentation performance of dairy goats

摘要 文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平包被氯化胆碱对乳山羊繁殖性能、乳成分及瘤胃发酵性能的影响。试验将平均体重为(42.26±0.53)kg、泌乳期为(48.6±3.5)d的90头乳山羊随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头(其中3头带有瘤胃瘘管),试验从妊娠前2周开始,持续到分娩后35 d。整个试验期间对照组、处理1组和处理2组分别饲喂全混合日粮+0、0.5%和1%包被氯化胆碱。结果:随着日粮包被氯化胆碱添加水平的升高,母羊产仔-发情间隔、断奶-发情间隔及发情持续时间显著降低(P<0.05),其中1%包被氯化胆碱组上述指标最低(P<0.05)。1%包被氯化胆碱组总固形物、乳脂肪和乳蛋白含量均显著高于对照组和0.5%包被氯化胆碱组(P<0.05),但对照组乳糖含量较1%氯化胆碱组显著提高8.48%(P<0.05)。1%氯化胆碱组乳糖产量较对照组和0.5%氯化胆碱组分别显著提高22.50%和21.67%(P<0.05)。1%包被氯化胆碱组乳山羊瘤胃氨氮浓度较对照组显著提高6.00%(P<0.05),但异丁酸和异戊酸浓度较对照组分别显著降低41.38%和35.71%(P<0.05)。结论:在整个妊娠和哺乳期间饲喂全混合日粮+1%包被氯化胆碱可以改善乳山羊的繁殖性能,缩短产仔或断奶-发情间隔,提高瘤胃氨氮浓度。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of coated choline chloride on reproductive performance,milk composition and rumen fermentation performance of dairy goats.A total of 90 lactating goats with an average body weight of(42.26±0.53)kg and a lactation period of(48.6±3.5)days were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 6 goats per replicate(3 with rumen cannulas).The experiment started from the first 2 weeks of gestation and lasted to 35 days after parition.The control group,treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group were fed total mixed diet+0,0.5%and 1%coated choline chloride,respectively.Results:With the increase of dietary coated choline chloride supplemental level,the interval between litter and estrus,the interval between weaning and estrus and the duration of estrus were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the above indexes in 1%coated choline chloride group were the lowest(P<0.05).The contents of total solids,milk fat and milk protein in 1%coated choline chloride group were significantly higher than those in control group and 0.5%coated choline chloride group(P<0.05),but the lactose content in control group was significantly increased by 8.48%compared with that in 1%coated choline chloride group(P<0.05).Compared with control group and 0.5%choline chloride group,lactose yield in 1%choline chloride group was significantly increased by 22.50%and 21.67%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the rumen ammonia nitrogen concentration in 1%coated choline chloride group was significantly increased by 6.00%(P<0.05),but the isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid concentrations were significantly decreased by 41.38%and 35.71%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with the control group.Conclusion:Feeding the whole mixed diet+1%coated choline chloride during pregnancy and lactation can shorten the reproductive performance,shorten the interval between birth and weaning and increase the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the rumen.
