摘要
文章旨在评估日粮添加以枯草芽孢杆菌为主的益生菌对刺参生长性能、肠道酶活性及抗氧化性能的影响。试验将480条平均体重为(2.44±0.01)g的刺参随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复30条。在为期42 d的饲养试验期间,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组饲喂基础日粮+150 mg/kg益生菌添加剂。结果:与对照组相比,益生菌组刺参的末重、相对生长率和特定生长率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。基础日粮中添加150 mg/kg益生菌对刺参肠道脂肪酶的影响无显著差异(P>0.05),但与对照组相比,益生菌组刺参肠道中蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维酶和褐藻酸酶活性分别显著提高46.30%、63.82%、90.52%和105.88%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,益生菌组刺参肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶分别显著提高27.21%、14.28%和53.23%(P<0.05),但丙二醛浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,基础日粮添加150 mg/kg益生菌(106 CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌)可以提高刺参肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维酶活性及肝脏抗氧化指标,进而改善体重、生长前期特定生长率和相对生长率。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of probiotics supplemented with Bacillus subtilis on growth performance,intestinal enzyme activities and antioxidant properties of stichopus japonicas.A total of 480 stichopus japonicas with an average body weight of(2.44±0.01)g were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates per group and 30 pairs per replicate.During the 42-day feeding experiment,the control group was fed a basal diet,and the treatment group was fed a basal diet+150 mg/kg probiotic additive.Results:Compared with the control group,the body weight,specific growth rate and relative growth rate were significantly increased.The effects of adding 150 mg/kg probiotics in the basal diet on intestinal lipase of stichopus japonicas had no significant difference(P>0.05),but compared with the control group,The activities of protease,amylase,fibrase and alginase in the intestinal tract of stichopus japonicas in probiotics group were significantly increased by 46.30%,63.82%,90.52%and 105.88%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the liver glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in probiotics group were significantly increased by 27.21%,14.28%and 53.23%(P<0.05),respectively,but the concentration of malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this study,the basal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg probiotics(106 CFU/g Bacillus subtilis)can improve the activities of intestinal protease,amylase,fibrase and the liver antioxidant indexes of stichopus japonicas,and then improve body weight,specific growth rate and relative growth rate in early growth stage.
