青贮无花果叶对山羊生长性能、血液指标及经济价值的影响 被引量:5

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平青贮无花果叶对山羊生长性能、血液指标及经济价值的影响。试验将60头平均体重为6.51 kg的山羊随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头。对照组与处理组山羊在整个10周的饲养试验期间分别饲喂青贮无花果叶水平为0、15%和30%的浓缩料,自由采食小麦秸秆。结果:随着浓缩料中青贮无花果叶添加水平的升高,山羊料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。30%青贮无花果叶组山羊的末重和平均日增重较对照组分别显著提高0.97%和2.88%(P<0.05)。15%和30%青贮无花果叶组山羊中性洗涤纤维表观消化率较对照组分别显著提高30.39%和27.68%(P<0.05)。对照组山羊血液血红蛋白含量及浓度较15%和30%青贮无花果叶组分别显著提高30.89%、32.92%和22.49%、20.41%(P<0.05)。随着日粮青贮无花果叶添加水平的升高,血清尿素氮浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。对照组血清葡萄糖浓度较30%青贮无花果叶显著提高50%(P<0.05)。结论:浓缩料补充15%~30%青贮无花果叶对山羊健康状况及养分消化无负面影响,但可提高饲料效率。考虑经济成本,青贮无花果叶添加水平为30%为宜。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of silage FIG leaves on growth performance,blood indexes and economic value of goats.Sixty goats with an average body weight of 6.51 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 4 goats per replicate.Goats in control group and treatment group were fed with concentrated feed at 0,15%and 30%silage FIG leaf level,respectively,and freely fed wheat straw during the whole 10-week feeding experiment.Results:With the increase of silage FIG leaf supplemental level in concentrated feed,the feed to gain ratio of goats was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily gain of goats in 30%silage FIG leaf group were significantly increased by 0.97%and 2.88%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the neutral detergent fiber in leaves of 15%and 30%silage FIG was significantly increased by 30.39%and 27.68%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with 15%and 30%silage FIG leaf groups,the blood hemoglobin content and concentration of goats in control group were significantly increased by 30.89%,32.92%and 22.49%,20.41%(P<0.05),respectively.The serum urea nitrogen concentration was significantly decreased with the increase of dietary silage FIG leaf supplemental level(P<0.05).The serum glucose concentration in control group was significantly increased by 50%compared with 30%silage FIG leaves(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementation of 15-30%silage FIG leaves with concentrated feed has no negative effects on the health status and nutrient digestion of goats,but can improve feed efficiency.Considering economic cost,silage FIG leaf supplemental level was 30%.
