崇左市边境山羊口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫疫苗免疫效果评估 被引量:2

Evaluation on the Immune Effect of Foot-and-Mouth Disease and Peste des Petits Ruminant Vaccine of Goats in the Border Areas of Chongzuo City

摘要 [目的]评估口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫疫苗不同免疫方法在边境山区羊场的免疫效果,为进一步优化适合边境山区羊场的疫苗免疫程序提供参考。[方法]选取崇左市两个规模化羊场,分4种免疫组合方式,对羊群进行口蹄疫O-A型二价灭活苗、小反刍兽疫弱毒苗免疫,在免疫后0d、7d、14d、28d、42d、56d、70d、120d、150d采血进行抗体检测。[结果]只进行一次免疫的A组口蹄疫O型抗体阳性率在28d时最高,之后开始下降,150d时下降到26.67%;而D组在一免后28d加强免疫一次,口蹄疫O型抗体阳性率在二免后14d达到100%,到150d时抗体阳性率为73.33%;口蹄疫A型抗体检测结果比O型抗体阳性率略低,但抗体消长规律相近;小反刍兽疫免疫抗体在免疫后14d达到100%,到150d时各组抗体阳性率均在90%以上,并且各组间抗体阳性率差异不显著(P>0.05)。口蹄疫O-A型二价灭活苗、小反刍兽疫活苗两种疫苗同时分点注射与间隔7d再注射的免疫抗体阳性率差异均不显著(P>0.05),可以同时分点免疫两种疫苗,并且口蹄疫疫苗在一免28d后进行二次免疫,可明显提高抗体阳性率和免疫效果持续时间。[结论]口蹄疫0型、A型二价疫苗与小反刍兽疫疫苗可以同时分点注射,所产生的抗体水平较高,两种疫苗不产生干扰。但口蹄疫疫苗免疫有效期短,建议28d后加强免疫一次。 [Objective]In order to evaluate the clinical immunization effects of different immunization methods for FMD and PPR vaccines in goat farms in the border areas,and to provide reference for further optimizing the vaccine immunization procedures suitable for goat farms in border mountain areas.[Method]Two large-scale goat farms in Chongzuo City were selected,divided into 4 immunization methods,and the flocks were immunized with FMD O-A bivalent inactivated vaccine and PPR live vaccine,blood was collected for antibody testing at 0,7 th,14 th,28 th,42 th,56 th,70 th,120 th,150 th days after immunization.[Result]The results showed that the positive rate of FMD-O antibody in Group A was the highest at 28 th day and then began to decline.It dropped to 70.59%at 70 th day and 26.67%at 150 th day;In group D,a booster immunization was performed 28 th day after the first vaccination,and the FMD-O antibody positive rate reached to 100%was 14 th day after the second vaccination,and there was a 73.33%antibody positive rate at 150 th day.The test result of FMD-A antibody was slightly lower than that of FMD-O antibody,but the growth and decline of antibody was similar;the immune antibody of PPR reached 100%at 14 th day,the positive rate of antibodies in each group was above90%at 150 th day,and there was no significant difference in the positive rate of antibodies of PPR among the groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of antibody between the two vaccines(O-A type bivalent inactivated vaccine of FMD and PPR vaccine)injected at the same time and at intervals of 7 days(P>0.05),the immune effect is equal,may divide the point immunity two vaccines simultaneously.The second immunization of FMD at the 28 th day after the first immunization can significantly increase the positive rate of FMD immune antibodies and the duration of the immune effect.[Conclusion]The immunized with FMD O-A bivalent inactivated vaccine and PPR live vaccine can be injected simultaneously,the antibody level is high,and the two vaccines did not interfere.However,the immunization period of FMD vaccine is short,and it is recommended to strengthen the immunization once after 28 days.
