数字技术的快速发展可促进农业农村数字化转型,数字农业农村是广西乡村振兴的重要支撑。为探明广西农业农村信息化发展进程,查找发展差距,定位发展方向,广西开展了县域数字农业农村发展水平评价,对全区县域数字农业农村发展水平进行测度。总体上看,广西县域数字农业农村发展水平高于全国平均水平,农村电商飞速发展,政务服务在线办事效率不断提升,服务信息化建设成效日益彰显,但同时存在数字化发展水平与先进发达省份差距较大,各县(市、区)发展不平衡,资金投入、数字生产、农产品质量安全追溯、乡村治理信息化等领域短板较突出等问题,需引起各级政府的关注与重视。广西农业农村数字化发展将迎来难得的历史机遇,须寻找解决策略,推动数字农业农村快速健康发展。

The rapid development of digital technology can promote the digital transformation of agriculture and rural affairs.Digital agriculture and rural affairs is an important support for rural revitalization in Guangxi.In order to explore the development process of agricultural and rural affairs informatization in Guangxi,find out the development gap and locate the development direction,Guangxi has carried out the evaluation of the development level of digital agriculture and rural affairs at the county level,and measured the development level of digital agriculture and rural affairs at the county level in the whole region.Overall,the development level of Guangxi county digital agriculture and rural affairs is higher than the national average with the follows aspects:rapid development of rural electricity,constant improving of online government services efficient,increasingly remarkable of service information construction achivement,meanwhile,some issues existing as follows:large gap between digital development level and advanced developed provinces,unbalance development among various counties(cities,area),prominent shortcomings in areas such as capital investment,digital production,traceability of quality and safety of agricultural products,and informatization of rural governance,The attention of governments at all levels are aroused.Guangxi agriculture and rural affairs digital development will usher in a rare historical opportunity,we must find solutions to promote the rapid and healthy development of digital agriculture and rural affairs.
