摘要
奶酪的消费一直是国内奶制品消费的短板,随着经济的快速发展,经济全球化进程加快,以及消费观念的改变,奶酪制品由于营养丰富和方便携带成为新的销售热点,其加工工艺的研究在国内外都具有巨大的市场潜力。文章就国内奶酪制品的加工工艺及新技术的应用进行介绍,以供对奶酪制品进一步研究提供参考依据。
The consumption of cheese has always been the short board of domestic dairy products consumption.With the rapid development of economy,the accelerated economic globalization process and the change of consumption concept,cheese products have become a new sales hot spot due to their rich nutrition and convenient carrying,and its processing technology research has great market potential at home and abroad.The paper introduces the processing technology of domestic cheese products and the application of new technology to provide reference for further research on cheese products.
