The Western New Social Movement and Its Influence on the Left-wing Political Parties

西方新社会运动是相对于西方传统工人运动而言的。它是当前西方国家发生的、最为显著的社会政治现象之一,对西方左翼政党以及西方未来政治走向发生着重要而深刻的影响。西方新社会运动至今大致经历了四个发展阶段,呈现出了参与主体多样、价值目标各异、利益诉求多元等特征。伴随着西方社会结构的变化和新社会运动的发展,西方温和左翼政党日趋走向中间化,激进左翼政党越来越趋于活跃,极端左翼政党日渐趋向民粹化。当前,只有结合西方新社会运动实践不断创新发展左翼政党理论,同时加强西方左翼政党建设引领西方新社会运动发展,才能推动世界社会主义运动逐步走出低谷、走向高潮。

The Western new social movement is different from the Western traditional workers'movement.It is one of the most significant social and political phenomena in the Western countries.It has an important and profound impact on the Western left-wing political parties and the future political trend of the West.So far,the Western new social movement has roughly experienced four development stages,showing the characteristics of multiple participants,different value objectives,diversified interest demands and so on.With the change of Western social structure and the development of new social movement,the Western moderate left-wing parties are becoming more and more neutral,the radical left-wing parties are becoming more and more active,and the extreme left-wing parties are becoming more and more populist.At present,only by constantly innovating and developing the left-wing party theory with the practice of the Western new social movement and leading the development of the Western new social movement with greater improvement of the Western left-wing parties,can they promote the world socialist movement to step out of the trough and reach the peak again.
