成都市青白江区国土空间规划编制方法探索

The Exploration on Planning Methord of Land-space Planning in Qingbaijiang District,Chengdu

文章基于国土空间规划体系构建的契机,提出县(区)级国土空间规划编制应彰显“多规融合”、突出全域全要素的规划管理、体现“全过程”规划、强化基础研究与规划方案的衔接及形成“基础+特色”的编制内容,并结合成都市青白江区国土空间总体规划的编制实践,探索县(区)级国土空间规划的编制方法和技术难点,以期为其他县(区)级国土空间规划编制提供参考。

This paper argues that county level land-space planning shall highlight multi-planning integration,whole area and all elements management,whole process planning,strengthen the connection between basic research and planning proposal,form the content which is based on"fundamental and characteristic".Take Qingbaijiang district land-space master plan as an example,to study the method and technical key points of county level land-space planning's compilation.
