人感知视角下的丘陵地形识别与建设指引

Identification and Construction Guidelines of Hilly Terrain with Human Perception

在国家全面推进生态文明建设的背景下,自然要素与人工环境的和谐共生受到了广泛关注,相关的保护研究在地形特征更为明显的山体、水体方面较成熟,但对于“可留可建”的丘陵保护与利用研究较少。文章在细化丘陵标准的基础上,以成都天府新区为例,通过注重丘陵底纹肌理的塑造来突出公园城市的大美形态,并以人的感知为切入点,重点探索不同感知视角下具有保留价值的丘陵识别和保护利用的技术标准,在此基础上分类制定管控方式和建设指引,以期为丘陵地形保护与利用研究提供借鉴。

In the context of comprehensively promoting the ecological civilization construction,the harmony between natural and built environment has received wide attention.More research has been done on mountains and waters than hills that could be either preserved or developed.This paper details the standard of hills,then taking Tianfu new district as an example,highlights the great beauty of park city by shaping the texture of hills,and takes human perception as a measure to explore the technical standards of identification,preservation,utilization of retainable hills.Based on these,further governance and construction guidance are provided,in order to provide reference for the protection and utilization of hilly terrain.
