三补方治疗遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍脾肾两虚证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sanbu Recipe(三补方)in Treating Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment with Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

目的:观察三补方治疗遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍(aMCI)脾肾两虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:选取60例aMCI脾肾两虚证患者,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为治疗组(三补方+多奈哌齐)和对照组(多奈哌齐),每组30例。1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前、治疗后患者简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知测检(MoCA)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、中医证候评分、血清丙二醛(MDA)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的变化,并评价认知功能疗效和中医证候疗效。结果:治疗组患者认知功能疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后MMSE评分、MoCA评分均提高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后MMSE评分、MoCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后ADL评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后中医证候评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清MDA均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),血清SOD及GSH-Px均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后血清MDA低于对照组(P<0.05),血清SOD及GSH-Px均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三补方治疗aMCI脾肾两虚证患者有较好疗效,能够在一定程度上改善患者的认知功能,提高其日常生活能力,减轻机体氧化应激损伤。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanbu Recipe in treating amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI)patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods:A total of 60 patients with aMCI deficiency of spleen and kidney were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Sanbu Recipe+donepezil)and control group(donepezil)by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.1 month was 1 course of treatment,and 3 courses of treatment.The changes of MMSE score,MOCA score,ADL score,TCM syndrome score,serum malondialdehyde(MDA),serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX)were observed before and after treatment,and evaluate the efficacy of cognitive function and the efficacy of TCM syndromes.Results:The curative effect of cognitive function and TCM syndrome of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the MMSE score and MoCA score of the two groups of patients increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the MMSE score and MoCA score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the ADL scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum MDA level of the two groups of patients after treatment was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum SOD and GSH-Px levels were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum MDA level of patients in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the serum SOD and GSH-Px levels were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanbu Recipe has a good curative effect in the treatment of aMCI patients with spleen and kidney deficiency,which can improve the cognitive function of the patients to a certain extent,improve their ability of daily living,and reduce the body's oxidative stress injury.
