总结黄芩苷与黄芩素神经保护作用机制的相关研究,为神经保护类药物的临床应用与新药饮片制剂的开发提供参考与借鉴。黄芩苷与黄芩素可通过抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗神经细胞兴奋性毒性、抗凋亡、促进神经因子生长等多种机制对脑血管病、神经退行性病变及其他中枢神经系统疾病发挥神经保护作用,能减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤、脑出血、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、癫痫及抑郁症等疾病造成的神经损伤。

In this paper,the neuroprotective effects of baicalin and baicalein were reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical application of baicalin or its decoction preparations as neuroprotective drugs.Baicalin and baicalein can protect nerve cells in encephalopathy and neurodegenerative diseases,through various mechanisms,such as anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory,anti-excitatory toxicity,anti-apoptotic and promoting the growth of nerve factors.Baicalin and baicalein can reduce nerve injury due to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,cerebral hemorrhage,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,epileptic disease and depression and other major nervous system diseases.
