近20年穿心莲内酯研究的知识图谱分析

Mapping Knowledge Domains Analysis of Andrographolide in Recent 20 Years

目的:分析近20年研究和应用穿心莲内酯的现状和趋势。方法:使用CiteSpace对检索自Web of Science核心数据库和化学索引数据库近20年收录的1184篇以穿心莲内酯为研究主题的文献进行可视化分析,绘制图谱和表格。结果:近20年穿心莲内酯相关的论文年度发表量在波动中稳定增长,产出主要集中于东南亚、南亚和东亚等地区,位于这些地区的马来西亚博特拉大学、新加坡国立大学、暨南大学和中国医科大学是研究穿心莲内酯的核心机构,但学者之间的合作性较差,暂未出现具有高影响力的核心作者。穿心莲内酯的研究热点主要集中于药效和机制方面,早期的热点有强协同诱导效应、保肝和抗病毒作用等,然后是抗自由基生成、抗氧化等热点,当前的研究热点则是抗肿瘤和抗炎,但都以基础研究为主,相关的临床研究较少。结论:穿心莲内酯的相关研究在逐渐增加,并且集中分布于亚洲,但区域内的各研究机构与学者团队之间合作的交互性较差;穿心莲内酯的抗肿瘤和抗炎功效是该领域的研究热点,加强临床试验的验证则是其未来开发和应用的重点之一。

Objective:To systematically understand the current situation and trend of andrographolide's study and application in last two decades.Methods:1184 literature on andrographolide retrieved from Web of Science core collection and chemical citation index in recent 20 years were visualized based on CiteSpace and then draw knowledge maps and tables.Results:In the past 20 years,the annual publication number of papers on the topic of andrographolide increased steadily amidst fluctuations.The countries and regions of documentary output were mainly distributed in Southeast Asia,South Asia and East Asia.Universiti Putra Malaysia,National University of Singapore,Ji'nan University and China Medical University are the core institutions for the study of andrographolide,but the collaboration among scholars is poor and no high-impact core authors have emerged yet.The research hotspots of andrographolide mainly focus on pharmacodynamics and mechanism.The early hotspots include strong synergistic induction,hepatoprotective and antiviral effects,followed by anti-radical production and antioxidant,and the current hotspots are anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory.However,they were mostly verified by animal and in vitro experiments,and there were few clinical trials.Conclusions:Studies related to andrographolide are gradually increasing,and it is mainly studied in Asia,but the interaction or cooperation is poor among these research institutions and academic teams in the region.The anti-tumor and anti-inflammation function of andrographolide have been hot topics in this field and increasing clinical trials is one of the focuses for its future development and application.
