基于药毒论治抗肿瘤药物相关性手足综合征

Treatment of Anti-tumor Drug-related Hand-foot Syndrome Based on"Drug Toxicity"Theory

从药毒范畴探讨抗肿瘤药物相关性手足综合征的中医辨治思路,抗肿瘤药物损伤人体气血阴阳,禀赋不耐,药毒内侵,导致五脏六腑功能失调,发为手足综合征。初期多以热毒为主,治疗应以清热解毒为纲,同时应兼顾培补脾土;中期药毒深入营血,以化瘀泄浊法化解药毒秽浊之性;后期药毒灼伤津液,阴津亏损,以养阴扶正为主。

This article discussed the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment idea of anti-tumor drug-related hand-foot syndrome from the category of drug toxicity.Anti-tumor drugs damaged the Qi,blood,Yin and Yang of the human body,intolerance of constitution caused the invasion of drug toxins,and led to dysfunction of the five visceral and six bowels,resulting in hand-foot syndrome.In the initial stage,heat toxins were the mainstay.The treatment should focus on clearing away heat and detoxification,and at the same time cultivating the spleen soil.In the middle stage,the drug poison went deep into the construction-blood,and the method of removing blood stasis and turbidity was used to eliminate the toxic and turbidity of the drug.In the later stage,the poison burned the body fluid and the Yin fluid was lost,and the treatment was mainly focus on nourishing Yin and strengthening health.
