摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍是儿童期最常见的神经发育障碍,可导致多种功能损伤并增加成年期精神与心理健康风险。2020年美国发育行为儿科学会发表了"儿童及青少年复杂注意缺陷多动障碍评估和治疗的临床实践指南",首次提出"复杂注意缺陷多动障碍"的定义,并提供了详细的综合性、跨专业的评估及治疗方案。本文就该指南进行解读,以期为评估、治疗及管理复杂注意缺陷多动障碍儿童及青少年提供相关帮助。
