野战医疗方舱自动调平系统研制

Development of automatic leveling system for field medical shelters

目的:设计野战医疗方舱自动调平系统,以实现方舱快速精准调平。方法:基于坐标变换理论对方舱的姿态位置进行建模分析,采用最高点不动的位置误差调平策略,利用四点支撑机电式调平方式,运用倾角传感器实现方舱倾角的测量,通过在调平支腿上设置压力传感器的方法解决“虚腿”问题。整个系统由调平支腿、控制系统、传感器(包括倾角传感器和压力传感器等)和直流电源等组成。设计完成后对系统进行功能试验和调平性能试验。结果:功能试验结果表明,该系统各部分功能正常、设计合理,能够完成后续各项试验;调平性能试验结果表明,方舱自动调平时间小于1 min、调平精度小于0.1°。结论:野战医疗方舱自动调平系统可提高方舱调平速度和精度,对于提升野战方舱医院的快速部署能力及伤病员的快速紧急救治能力具有极其重要的意义。

Objective To design an automatic leveling system for rapid and precision leveling of field medical shelters.Methods An automatic leveling system for field medical shelters was developed,which was analyzed by the modeling investigation of the shelter attitude position based on coordinate transformation theory,adopted the position error leveling strategy with the highest point immobilized and four-leg supporting electromechanical leveling mode,measured the shelter tilt with the tilt sensor and solved the problem of"weak leg"by installing force sensors on the supporting legs.The components of the system included levelling legs,a control system,sensors such as tilt and pressure sensors,a DC power supply and etc.Function and levelling performance tests were performed for the system finally.Results The function test showed that the system was reasonably designed to complete the subsequent tests;the leveling performance test indicated that the automatic leveling time of the shelter was less than 1 min and the leveling accuracy was lower than 0.1°.Conclusion The automatic leveling system developed enhances the speed and accuracy for leveling field medical shelters,and thus contributes to improving rapid deployment of the field shelter hospital and the emergency treatment of the casualties.
