摘要
为了解决变频电源无法给不对称绕组电磁搅拌器提供稳定平衡的输出电流这一问题,研究一种自动平衡输出电流的电磁搅拌器用变频电源的控制方法。依据对称分量法、不平衡负载电流各序分量的提取算法以及电流控制神经网络PID算法提出电流均衡控制策略。对采用了电流均衡控制策略的专用变频电源通过HIOKI PW3390功率分析仪表检测实时输出电流数据,可以有效抑制不对称绕组电磁搅拌器电流不平衡,从而证明了电流均衡控制策略的可行性和有效性。
Frequency converter cannot provide steady&balanced current for asymmetrical wingdings of electromagnetic stirrer(EMS).A control strategy to provide steady current is discussed,based on symmetrical components method,distill-arithmetic of each sequence components and current neural network PID arithmetic.It is noted that unbalance currents are greatly reduced after this method is applied.The actual current values,measured by power gauge HIOKI PW3390 are provided,which proves this balance control strategy is effective and practical.
