摘要
吸煤车除尘系统内部煤粉爆炸的预防是吸煤车的关键技术之一,以吸煤车作为研究对象,基于煤粉爆炸特性计算结果,设计了扇形多层网孔消火泄压结构。研究结果表明:网孔结构对燃烧波和压力波具有较好的抑制作用;当煤粉的爆炸指数K_(max)为15.37 MPa·m/s时,扇形多层网孔结构的消火泄压装置能够熄灭100 m/s的火焰传播,具有良好的防爆性能;基于泄压面积计算,泄压装置安装于吸煤车除尘器顶部和侧部时,可以有效防止泄爆引起的二次爆炸。
Prevention of pulverized coal explosion in dust removal system of coal collection car is one of the key technologies of coal collection car.Taking coal collection car as the research object,a fan-shaped multi-layer mesh structure for fire suppression and pressure relief is designed based on the calculation results of pulverized coal explosion characteristics.The results show that the mesh structure has a good inhibitory effect on combustion wave and pressure wave.When the explosion index Kmax of pulverized coal is 15.37 MPa•m/s,the fire suppression and pressure relief device of fan-shaped multi-layer mesh structure can be used to extinguish the 100 m/s flame propagation and has good explosion-proof performance.Based on the calculation of pressure relief area,when the pressure relief device is installed on the top and side of the dust remover of the coal collection car,the secondary explosion caused by explosion relief can be effectively prevented.
