摘要
改革开放初,华东师大校长刘佛年敏锐地预见了中国教育科学发展急需跨学科的新型人才,在他的建议和主持下,华东师大举办了两期教育科学专业班。教科班的创新之处主要表现在:从文理科各系高年级选拔优秀学生,体现跨学科性;试行本科+研究生的课程教学模式,培养层次相对较高;集中教育学科优秀的师资力量,采取讲座式、专题式教学。经过师生的共同努力,两期教科班获得了成功,造就了一批高素质的专门人才,对教育科学的发展产生了积极影响。教科班是改革开放初期教育科学人才培养的一次创举,既有很强的前瞻性,又有鲜明的时代性。
At the early stage of Reform and Opening-up,Liu Fonian,President of East China Normal University(ECNU),foresaw that China’s educational science development needed new interdisciplinary talents.Under his suggestion,ECNU held two educational science classes in 1980 and 1984.The innovations of the classes are as follows:selecting excellent students from the senior grades of other departments;Try out the curriculum of undergraduate plus graduate education;adopt lecture and special topic teaching.Through the joint efforts of teachers and students,the two classes have achieved success,created a number of high-quality professionals,and had a positive impact on the development of educational science.The educational science classes are pioneering works in the cultivation of educational science talents in the early stage of Reform and Opening-up.It has both deep foresight and obvious limitations of the times.
