摘要
多潜能干细胞一直是再生医学的前沿,诱导多潜能干细胞主要利用转录因子组合加减的策略。而早在1800多年以前,中国古代医家就已经利用中药组合加减策略,在实践中建立了系统成熟的中医药科学理论和方法。本文从组合的加减策略、剂量(比例)等方面,对比干细胞与中医药所用方法的相似性,阐述中医药组合策略的科学价值。
Pluripotent stem cells are the most potential cell type for regenerative medicine,and widely studied in the world.Pluripotent stem cells could be induced by the combination of transcription factors.In fact,Chinese ancient doctors had used the similar strategy over 1800 years ago.Based on combination strategy,they build mature Chinese medicine system,including theories and therapies,which still works well today.Here,we compared the similarity of combination strategy between induced pluripotent stem cells and Chinese materia medica,including addition/subtraction in combination and dosage control.We look forward to clarify the scientific value of combination strategy in Chinese medicine.
