《广东地区儿童中医体质辨识量表》的信度和效度研究

Reliability and Validity of Chinese Medicine Body Constitution Scale for Children in Guangdong

目的对《广东地区儿童中医体质辨识量表》的信度和效度进行评价。方法应用《广东地区儿童中医体质辨识量表》,通过家长访谈的模式,对668例广东各地区儿童进行体质辨识,多维度评价该量表的信度(重测、分半、内部一致性),并对量表进行内容效度、标准关联效度和结构效度等考察。结果七个亚量表的重测系数(Kappa)在0.508-0.889,校正后总量表的克朗巴赫α系数是0.834,该量表的分半信度为0.713-0.820,反映标准关联效度的Kappa系数在0.697-0.899,因子分析结果提示14个因子与预想的结果较一致,累计贡献率为61.84%。结论《广东地区儿童中医体质辨识量表》具有良好的信度和效度。

Objective To assess the reliability and validity of Chinese Medicine Body Constitution Scale for Children in Guangdong.Methods The Chinese Medicine Body Constitution Scale for Children in Guangdong was built previously.668 children and their parent(s)in Guangdong were invited to participate an interview fulfilling this scale.The reliability of the scale was assessed by retest reliability,internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability.Results The retest coefficient(Kappa)of the seven subscales were around 0.508-0.889.The correctedαcoefficient of total scale was0.834,and the split-half reliability 0.713-0.820.Kappa for standard relevance validity was 0.697-0.899.Factor analysis showed that 14 factors were consistent with expectation,and the cumulative contribution rate was 61.84%.Conclusion The Chinese Medicine Body Constitution Scale for Children in Guangdong has satisfactory reliability and validity.
