灸法治疗功能性便秘有效性与安全性的Meta分析

Efficacy and Safety of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Functional Constipation:A Meta-Analysis

目的运用循证医学Meta分析方法客观评价灸法治疗功能性便秘的临床有效性与安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、万方数字化期刊群、Pub Med、Embase、Cochrane library中有关灸法治疗功能性便秘的随机对照试验,辅以手工检索。参照Cochrane5.1.0版系统评价手册中随机对照试验质量评价标准对纳入研究进行评价分析,采用Rev Man5.3.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入文献10篇,共726例患者。Meta分析结果显示:(1)灸法治疗功能性便秘在总有效率方面具有优势(RR=1.15,95%CI(1.07,1.23),P=0.0002<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;(2)灸法治疗功能性便秘在治愈率方面具有优势(RR=1.81,95%CI(1.18,2.77),P=0.006<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;(3)灸法治疗功能性便秘在显效率方面具有优势(RR=1.63,95%CI(1.15,2.30),P=0.006)和(RR=1.62,95%CI(1.29,2.03),P<0.00001),差异均具有统计学意义;(4)灸法治疗功能性便秘在CCS评分方面具有优势(SMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.62,-0.30),P=0.004<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论灸法治疗功能性便秘具有一定的临床疗效优势,但在今后需开展多中心、大样本的灸法治疗功能性便秘的高质量随机对照试验。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of functional constipation by Meta-analysis in evidence-based medicine.Methods The randomized controlled trials of moxibustion in the treatment of functional constipation on the databases of CNKI,CBM,VIP,WanFang,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library were searched by computer,and supplemented by manual retrieval.Tith reference to the quality evaluation criteria of randomized controlled trials in the Cochrane 5.1.0 version of the system evaluation manual,the included studies were evaluated and analyzed.Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan5.3.3 software.Results 10 literatures were included,with a total of 726 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that(1)moxibustion had advantages in the total effective rate in the treatment of functional constipation(RR=1.15,95%CI(1.07,1.23),P=0.0002<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Moxibustion has advantages in the cure rate of functional constipation(RR=1.81,95%CI(1.18,2.77),P=0.006<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)Moxibustion had advantages in the markedly effective rate in the treatment of functional constipation(RR=1.63,95%CI(1.15,2.30),P=0.006)or(RR=1.62,95%CI(1.29,2.03),P<0.00001),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Moxibustion had advantages in CCS score in the treatment of functional constipation(SMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.62,-0.30),P=0.004<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Moxibustion has certain clinical advantages in the treatment of functional constipation.However,in the future,a multicenter,large sample moxibustion trials should be carried out in the treatment of functional constipation with high quality randomized controlled trial.
