摘要
糖尿病(DM)是一种多因素性的、具有全球高死亡率的慢性代谢性疾病。膳食多酚作为抗糖尿病药物,已在细胞、动物、人体研究和临床试验中得到广泛研究。本文论述了近10年膳食多酚种类、生物活性的相关文献报道,对膳食多酚的抗糖尿病效果及作用机制进行阐述,表明膳食多酚可作为潜在的抗糖尿病药物。
Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a multifactorial chronic metabolic disease with high global mortality.Dietary polyphenols have been extensively studied as antidiabetic agents in cellular,animal,human studies and clinical trials.In this paper,the literature about the types and Bioactivities of dietary polyphenols in recent 10 years is discussed.The antidiabetic effect and mechanism of dietary polyphenols are expounded,indicating that dietary polyphenols can be used as potential antidiabetic agents.
