校园文创水吧运营分析——以通化师范学院校园文创水吧为例

摘要 在国家大力鼓励“大众创业,万众创新”的政策下,创新创业已然成为大学生就业的新趋势,孵化大学生创业项目,培养学生创业团队,开展大学生创新创业实践对缓解当今大学生就业压力具有非常重要意义。本文以通化师范学院校园文创水吧运营为例,通过问卷调查、SWOT分析方法对校园文创水吧进行分析,探寻更好的营销策略,为水吧后续的经营和管理提供宝贵经验。为在校大学生创业实践扫清障碍,为校园水吧良性发展献言献策。 Under the policy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,innovation and entrepreneurship has become a new trend of College Students’employment.Incubating college students’entrepreneurship projects,cultivating students’Entrepreneurship teams and carrying out college students’innovation and entrepreneurship practice are of great significance to alleviate the employment pressure of college students.Taking the operation of campus cultural and creative water bar of Tonghua Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the campus cultural and creative water bar through questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis,so as to explore better marketing strategies and provide valuable experience for the subsequent operation and management of the water bar.Clear the obstacles for college students’entrepreneurial practice and offer suggestions for the benign development of campus water bar.
