摘要 随着社会经济的发展,人们越来越重视食品安全。近年来,在全球性食源性疾病(如沙门氏菌、葡萄球菌、弯曲杆菌)不断增长、食品生产商不合格产品全球范围召回事件频发的严峻形势下,维护好社会和谐稳定,做好食品安全保障工作就显得尤为重要。基于此,本文分析了常应用于食品安全监管中的几种快速检测技术,并分析了在食品安全监管中应用快速检测技术的不足,希望能为快速检测应用技术的相关研究提供参考。 With the development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to food safety.In recent years,under the severe situation of the continuous growth of global foodborne diseases(such as Salmonella,Staphylococcus and Campylobacter)and the frequent global recall of unqualified products of food manufacturers,it is particularly important to maintain social harmony and stability and do a good job in food safety guarantee.Based on this,this paper analyzes several rapid detection technologies often used in food safety supervision,and analyzes the shortcomings of applying rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,hoping to provide reference for the relevant research of rapid detection application technology.
