摘要
高校食品安全关乎着师生的健康安全和学校的和谐稳定,因此防范食品安全风险一直是高校安全管理工作的重心。为保证食品安全,必须对食品生产经营中的风险有充分的认知。本文在分析高校食品安全管理中存在的风险及成因的基础上,提出了加强人员培训、实施专业的评估方法、建立完善的风险预控机制等风险管理的对策。希望这些对策能为高校食品安全风险管理提供借鉴,保证高校食品安全。
Food safety in universities is related to the health and safety of teachers and students and the harmony and stability of schools.Therefore,preventing food safety risks has always been the focus of college safety management.In order to ensure food safety,it is necessary to fully understand the risks in food production and operation.Based on the analysis of the risks and causes of food safety management in universities,this article puts forward the countermeasures of risk management such as strengthening personnel training,implementing professional evaluation methods,and establishing a sound risk pre-control mechanism.It is hoped that these countermeasures can provide a reference for food safety risk management in universities and ensure food safety in universities.
