摘要
随着生活水平的不断提升,人们对于食品安全的关注度也越来越高,因此结合粮油实验室的具体质量控制进行阐述,分析认证审评工作开展过程中的相关细节。良好的前提条件可以为后续认证审评工作的顺利开展奠定基础,在实施过程中也需要落实好各工序的细节控制,同时要强化跟踪验证,这样才能在提升实验室管理水平的同时,为粮油行业的安全发展及食品安全建设提供良好保障。本文介绍了粮油实验室认证评审工作的概念、目的和基础流程及信息数据的管理策略,并对现场评审的基础管理及质量控制进行阐述,为相关人员提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of living standards in recent years,people pay more and more attention to food safety.Therefore,the specific quality control of the grain and oil industry laboratories is combined to explain the relevant details of the certification review process.Good prerequisites can lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of subsequent certification review work.During the implementation process,detailed control of each process must be implemented,and follow-up verification must be strengthened,so as to improve the level of laboratory management and at the same time serve the grain and oil industry.The safety development of the industry and the construction of food safety provide a good guarantee.This paper introduces the concept,purpose,basic process and information data management strategy of certification review of grain and oil laboratory,and expounds the basic management and quality control of on-site review,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
