摘要 食品安全一直都是备受关注的社会热点问题,因此必须要提高对于食品质检工作的重视程度。在此基础上,相关检验机构要注意按照标准化的工作流程完成食品质量检验工作,为人们守好食品安全的大门。实际工作中,需要准确把控能够影响到检验质量的因素并且提前制定好应对措施。笔者参照实际工作经验,首先分析了能够影响到食品质量检验的具体因素,之后分析了相关检验工作的优化改革措施,希望能够为相关工作的创新改革探寻一条可行之路。 Food safety has always been a hot issue in society,so we must pay more attention to such issues.On this basis,the relevant inspection agencies should pay attention to complete the food quality inspection according to the standardized workflow,and then keep the door of food safety for the people.In practice,we should pay attention to the food quality inspection in relevant links on the basis of accurately controlling relevant influencing factors.It is necessary to predict possible problems in the inspection work in advance and formulate countermeasures in advance.Referring to practical work experience,the author first analyzes the specific factors that can affect food quality inspection,and then analyzes the optimization and reform measures of related inspection work,hoping to find a feasible way for the innovation and reform of related work.
