摘要 为建立一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法同时测定葡萄酒中安赛蜜、甜蜜素、糖精钠的分析方法,本文采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C_(18)柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)为分析柱,提取过滤后,用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用仪检测。结果表明线性范围相关系数(r)均大于0.999,回收率为85.4%~99.4%,该方法前处理简单,灵敏度高,适用于葡萄酒中3种甜味剂的快速测定。 In order to establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method was developed for the determination of acesulfamine,cyclamate and saccharin sodium in wine.A Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C_(18) column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)was used as the analysis column.After extraction and filtration,the extraction was detected by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that the linear range correlation coefficients(r)were greater than 0.999,and the recoveries were 85.4%~99.4%.The method is simple and sensitive,and is suitable for the rapid determination of three sweeteners in hair wine.
